Seeking Help

It's no secret to my close friends that my heslth has been declining for several years. I have Stage 4 COPD and emphesemiaI am too proud to beg to them as I've always taken care of my self and family. But now I'm faced with co patys and hospital visits to hopefully get on the Lung Transplant List at Temple Lung Center in Philadelphia, where I"ve been a patient now since 2021. Any amout will help, I just need to get this out there. Thank you.
