Very Interesting

Now just why would the Treasury Department send me these e mails? I've had three of them today in my mailbox all pointing to German websites. Am I on some mailing list or something? If you do a Sammy Spade (whois) on the ip address it shows up as the Executive Office of Asset Forfeiture, or EOAF. Is this a cruel joke? A Virus? Worm? Or something else? Anyone care to explain? My anti virus defs are up to date.
