Joe Biden in my opinion stole the Presidency. Well, not him, he's too damn stupid, but a well orchestrated attack involving the CCP or whomever in multiple states including right here in Delaware County, had who I believe as our duly elected President, tossed out and Joe the clown inserted. So tell me, where is the Chain of custody here Democrats of Delaware County?

Just A Reminder
Yuo know I've been sick lately battling COPD and in need of a lung transplant, so I have not been up to posting much anywhere, but THIS shit caught my attention, after being at the Wawa at Bishop & Baltimore and looking at bare shelves. Never in my 60 years on this planet have seen this.

Hillary And Brother Nathanial
Being subscribed to David Vose's You Tube Channel, I receive updates of videos he shares. When I opened my e mail, there popped up "Brother Nathaniel", well known as a man who converted from Judaism to Christianity. Seems he makes no bones about Jewish Men and Women and that their agendas.I have always been critical of wealthy people, regardless of their race or religion.
My worry as a White Christian Male in America today? It's seeing the "less fortunate" people receive "entitlements", from money to buy a home, start a business, or even just sit around and do nothing. I am seeing 5 million "Illegals" ready to receive hefty IRS checks. I see free lunches, free healthcare, the list goes on and on.
I have worked since I was 14 years old, and being "Self Employed" means I get no free healthcare, nor do I receive "unemployment benefits". I will never have a "retirement fund", nor a "pension". now, many will say, tough shit buddy, you made your bed, now lay in it, Not a problem.
But I DO have a problem, and it is in this video "Brother Nat", hit the nail on the head, No White Family, other than the one with the "Special Needs"child. Kinda makes all the others superior in their eyes I guess.
There are two people who I would never consider voting for to hold ANY type of office. One is (you guessed it) Hillary Rodham Clinton. The other? That fat prick Chris Christie. You know Him, The guy who loves the Dallas Cowboys and likes to give awkward hugs to Jerry Jones?
Who am I going to vote for? There are a few that I will consider.Elizabeth Warren. About the only WOMAN I'd like to see as President.
Rand Paul. I voted for his Dad as a write in before, I agree with what he has to say. Problem is, will he do as he says if he wins?
Ben Carson. An "African American" who more intelligence than myself, a man for all Americans, not "Special Interest Groups". There are others, but this is certain. If another Bush or Clinton obtains the White House again, we as the "Middle Class" of all colors, you know, us who work for a living and watch as it's all given away? will be even more in debt, in fear of losing our homes, jobs, and future for our Children and Grandchildren.
Cheers.

The Daily Times Needs YOU!
As I sit here on a half decent Sunday morning, I checked out the Daily Times web site as I usually do every day. I see that Phil Heron, editor of the times is pushing his recruting drive to have local people (like me) to join the ranks of "Community Journalists ". People like Lou Mahlman, Buck Fleming, KatieRose Keenan, Eric Koehler, and Jennifer Hoff have answered the call. My question is: Will the Daily Times staff feel threatened by them? Am I crazy here? Nope, you see the days of print (as in newspapers) journalism are slowly dying, replaced by facebook, myspace, twitter and other online mediums.
Journalist like Alex Rose (Who interviewed me several years ago about our website) have great talent in reporting and commenting on a story. To read it online just isn't the same as sitting in my van in the morning, drinking a Wawa coffee, and reading it on paper. I am afraid (some beg to differ) that the newspaper business is going to the wayside of the typewriter and shoe repairman. Only time will tell.
Oh yeah, and if anyone from Delaware County wants to contribute here? By all means you can contact me at frannyward@yahoo.com . You MUST have a blogger or gmail account because Google bought Blogger and now Google is demanding it. Oh how I miss the typewriter.
Cheers:)

Nick Miccarelli - Bush Operative?
After reading this daily times news story about Nicholas Miccarelli, it made my blood run cold. Seems that some coward who hides behind anonymity, purchased this web site via Fastdomain.com

Wow! Only one year? And on my wife's birthday? WTF?
Enough of that. My problem with this web site is that they associate Mr. Miccarelli with condoning the "war" in Iraq and Afghanistan, while not posting that Mr. Miccarelli is a Veteran. A heads up to the owners of NOGOODNICK.NET. Your playing shitty politics, and it will backfire right in your face, just as Sarah Palin's assault on BHO being connected with so called "terrorist".
And from the Daily Times:
"Miccarelli fought to ensure the re-election of the worst presidential team in history, serving as the Bush-Cheney team's director for South Philadelphia," the site reads.
"We have nothing but respect for the brave men and women of our armed forces," said Shafer in an e-mail. "This Web site has nothing to do with Nick Miccarelli's military service, and his campaign knows it. They are simply attempting to distort reality because they can't dispute the facts about his political mentors."
Excuse me? What does a LOCAL politician's view of Washington have to do with LOCAL representation? NOTHING! To John DeFrancisco? In my opinion you are a dirty dog who needs a bath. I suggest you go see the movie "Beverly Hills Chihuahua". Your gonna lose and lose big.
Last but not least, Nick Micozzie and Mario Civera have been my State reps over the years. Both are Republican, both have served well to the community for many years. Although I cannot stand George Bush or Cheney, or even entertain the thought of voting for a man who wants to reinstate the draft, Locally? It's a no brainer.
Nick Miccarelli - War hero, Republican, Local Councilman - State Representative for the 162 District in Delaware County come November 5th.
Cheers.

Independant Of The Party Machine
"He's so independent. He's independent of the party machine. I'm like, 'Right on, so am I." <---- This one statement that Sarah Palin says is enough to convince me that she should be PRESIDENT of the Untied States of America. Unfortunately, I'll settle for VP for now.

Installing A Puppet
Quote from Dawn (from the Haverford Blog)
As John McCain did in a news-clip yesterday, I too send congratulations to Barak Obama for breaking the racial barrier to become the first black American to lead a National Party for election to president of the United States.
May the best man win.
My Response:
Why is the national media and John McCain announcing his V.P. pick, like he is the official GOP canidate? Ron Paul and Mitt Romney didn't "drop out", just suspended their campaigning.
I am fed up with the MEDIA who is controlled by foreign countries who select candidates. RON PAUL has my vote in November, come hell or high water. That's my RIGHT. The RNC convention didn't happen already, did it? Watch for RON PAUL delegates (official from their constituents) to be harassed, bullied, and arrested. And the NEWS response? There just a crazy bunch of so called "libs" when in fact most Ron Paul backers are the most intelligent people in this country who actually see the eroding of the Constitution.
Welcome to AMERIKA.

Damming Video?
Got this from Gil Spencer's blog a few minutes ago.
I had posted about Hussein's involvement last week over at the Haverford Blog. I really don't trust Obama, and to be honest with you think that McCain will start WW3 and reinstate the draft if elected. My Sons and Daughters are not going to be used as cannon fodder for some silver spoon fed out of touch man who feels that war is the answer. My choice is Republican Ron Paul. I will write him in at the voting booth come November. Thousands upon thousands of fellow Americans will also. Will he get elected? Not a chance. But at least I will show them where I stand.
Cheers.

Shady Scenes in Clifton Heights?
I am quite curious about this so called "Clifton Heights Economic Corp" after reading the below Daily Times piece.
Questions surround grant in Clifton Heights
By: Dawn Mitchell, Times Correspondent
07/26/2008
CLIFTON HEIGHTS - Residents and some council members questioned the transfer of $825,000 in grant money to the Clifton Heights Economic Corp., a nonprofit entity that council has no control over, at a recent council meeting. "I don't know how we authorized this corporation when we never got papers on this corporation," said Councilman Mario Alpini. A listing for the corporation at nonprofit compendium Guidestar.org could not be found.
Council President Anthony Casadei, answering a question from the audience, revealed state Rep. Nicholas Micozzie, R-163, of Upper Darby, "took care of allowing money to go to the corporation," but said he did not know who established the corporation or who is in it.
According to a document disclosed at the meeting - which one council member insisted each member of council had received during a caucus meeting the previous Thursday - former council president James Salmon is listed as president of the nonprofit. Salmon was running for another term on council last year, but was forced to step down for violating the federal Hatch Act because of his employment with the Department of Defense. Under the act, federal employees cannot hold elected office. Other nonprofit board members include: Clifton Heights Business Association President Rich Angelucci, owner of Full Cycle Ink Jet; Vice President Joe Lombardo, owner of M.F. Williams Funeral Home; and Financial Secretary Russ Jirik, owner of Family Matters Adult Day Care, according to that document. Also on the Clifton Heights Economic Corp. board is retired Clifton Heights police chief Ronald Berry, whose wife, Betsy, is a Clifton Heights council member. He is currently deputy director of the county Juvenile Detention Center in Lima. Angelucci and Jirik each made contributions totaling $300 to Micozzie in 2005 and 2006, while Lombardo has contributed at least $850 to Micozzie and $2,500 to the Delaware County Republican Finance Committee between 2002 and 2006, according to the Pennsylvania Department of State.
"Ron and Betsy Berry" have also contributed at least $795 to Micozzie since 2000, according to state records. In late June, council voted 5-3 to return $300,000 and $525,000 in grants issued last spring by the Pennsylvania Department of Economic Development. Alpini and fellow council members Robert Penjuke and Harris Resnick opposed the motion. But minutes at the meeting show council instead voted to redirect the funds to the private entity, which was formed June 16. Some council members now allege minutes were interpreted wrong, altered or even deleted.
The grants were to facilitate the purchase of the adjacent Mac and Sam property and to redevelop borough hall. They were not set to expire until 2010 and 2011, respectively. According to Casadei, criteria specified in the grants were problematic and would have cost taxpayers $7 million to $8 million. Penjuke disagreed in a phone interview Thursday, saying the plan was to purchase property in stages, as money became available. He had anticipated having a community center. "We were originally told it wouldn't cost the borough anything for the revitalization project," said Penjuke. "Micozzie didn't think we had a good enough plan ... that we were not moving fast enough." "Personally, I'm not ready to give up $825,000," said Alpini, who opposed returning the funds since it was first discussed in May. "It's too much money and too hard to get to walk away that quickly." Penjuke also questioned the Clifton Heights Economic Corp.'s handling the borough's money.
"We have no control over the corporation," he said. "As council, we're going to still be held accountable because we started the ball rolling. I just want to improve things in Clifton Heights and build it back up to a cute little town." Staff Writer Alex Rose contributed to this report. ©DelcoTimes 2008 So who runs it? Who are the officers? Why the secrecy? And why would our local committee people (including my own) authorize the transferring of funds (grants) to them? I do not know Dawn Mitchell but I do know Alex Rose. I am certain that more of this will unfold before November, when me (as in a resident of Clifton Heights)will get to vote.
Cheers.

Dems in Delco - Time to Change Your Party
If you really want change in America, you"ll change your party affiliation to Republican and vote for Ron Paul in the April 22nd Primary. Hillary and Obama have no chance to become President. That leaves Ron Paul, a true consertative that is for All Americans. The MSM is against Paul because they and their handlers fear him. That is why Ron Paul is scarely mentioned on TV and the Newspapers.
From Ron Paul's Web Site:
In Pennsylvania, only registered Republican voters can vote for Ron Paul in the April 22, 2008 primary, or sign and circulate petitions to place Ron Paul and Ron Paul GOP convention delegate candidates on the ballot. Petitioning begins January 22, 2008 and ends February 12, 2008.
If you are not already a registered Republican, we need you to register Republican as soon as possible.
It’s easy: Download, print and fill out this form and mail it to your County Voter Registration Office (addresses on the back). Important: after you send in this form, make sure you get confirmation back from your local Voter Registration Office, that you have been registered as a Republican.
Cheers.

Going To The Candidate's Debate
"Laugh about it, shout about it when you've got to choose..
Every way you look at this you lose..."
Yes, yet ANOTHER BULLSHIT election heating up, and RON PAUL isn't mentioned. The Delaware County GOP isn't saying squat on who they will endorse. Well if they were honorable and truly patriotic people, they would endorse RON PAUL. We will see just how birds of a feather flock together, or to put it bluntly - "Who's ass is worth kissing in the name of holding down power and a job". a.k.a Cronyism? I thought that was solved.
Anyway, It's the same old same old. The Dem's been doing it for decades. When will Delco and it's "elected" leaders do the right thing? Go with what is right? Or go with the national dictate?
Only time will tell..
Word to the Delaware County GOP. Endorse RON PAUL. If your so smart with computers and tracking software, etc, you"ll see that the MAJORITY of people who know about RON PAUL in Delaware County will vote for him. And if he doesn't get the nod from the national party? People all across America have good memories, and are FED UP with BOTH Dem's and Re pubs. You Both are selling out your constituents and have been for years. It reminds me of a wife who has been cheated on but then realizes her Hubby is really leaving her and leaving her high and dry, kids and all..
If you were in "her" shoes, what do you think she would do?
Cheers..
I'll see you at Casey's someday...
P.s.

Play It Again Gil
Sorry Gil, James Kirchick is a shill for you know who. I cannot say here because I don't want to be labeled a Anti Semitic, Racist, Bigoted, Homophobic "Angry White Man!" FYI - A little tidbit of information about Mr. Kirchick.
"James Kirchick is an assistant editor of The New Republic, a columnist for the Washington Examiner, and a frequent contributor to the Los Angeles Times. He has worked as a reporter for the New York Daily News, the New York Sun and The Hill and has written for magazines including The Advocate, The Weekly Standard, The Boston Globe Magazine and Doublethink. His writing has appeared in The Wall Street Journal Europe, the International Herald Tribune, The Jerusalem Post, USA Today, The Boston Herald, The National Post of Canada and other publications. "He is the recipient of the 2006 National Lesbian and Gay Journalists Association Excellence in Student Journalism award and was the organization's 2007 Journalist of the Year. http://www.indegayforum.org/staff/show/98.html In other words.. A liberal Gay advocate who is pro Israel, Pro Nation building, Pro Homosexual Rights, Anti Consertative (look up the true definition of the word) journalist tries to pull a swift boat on Ron Paul? Judging from the first of over 1200 replies to Kirchicks slanderous diatribe, I'd say the cat is out of the bag. Did I forget to tell you I'm also a "Republican"? Vote Ron Paul - Hope for all America!

Why the Delco GOP Should Endorse Ron Paul - Pt. 1
I had a post here but it seems that Blogger dot com dosen't like me posting anything positive about RON PAUL. Let's just say that the GOP in Delaware County should take a hard look at who they have to endorse for President.
Mike Huckabee
Mitt Romney
Fred Thompson
John McCain
Ron Paul
Rudy Giuliani
Duncan Hunter
Only Dr.Paul will stand up for all Americans.
A Brief Overview of Congressman Paul’s Record: (From the Ron Paul web site)
He has never voted to raise taxes.
He has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership.
He has never voted to raise congressional pay.
He has never taken a government-paid junket.
He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch.
He voted against the Patriot Act.
He voted against regulating the Internet.
He voted against the Iraq war.
He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.
He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.
The others?

Vote Katie Leonard for Upper Darby School Board
Yes I went through this before. But this time I am really sure of this young woman in her dedication to Upper Darby residents and students, (Morso that I can say about the others who I've taken the time to research,) I am Sure in the fact that she is sincere and really wants to serve both the taxpayers, parents, and students of Upper Darby School District. I first got wind of Katie on My Space, a (Social networking web site for you newbies) and was impressed after reading her profile and visiting her web site - voteforkatie.org.
So, as a unabashed favor to Katie, I endorse her for Upper Darby School Board, and hope you will too. Come election day, it will take the average voter in Delaware County once at the polls 15 minutes of their precious life to speak out on what they really really want to change or stay the same in their neighborhood!
To be quite honest with you I don't know who is running for the job, other than Katie. That is why I am voting for her.
From Her My Space:
I am running to serve our school board and would appreciate your support.I have lived nearly my entire life in Drexel Hill and had the privilege of attending Garrettford, Drexel Hill, and Upper Darby before graduating in 2001. Since then, I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and am now attending Temple Law School and West Chester University, where I am working towards teaching certification in English and social studies. While I take immense pride in the education and opportunities Upper Darby schools presented me with, many people have become increasingly critical of the system. It is for that reason I am seeking your vote this primary season. I get frustrated hearing people make negative generalizations about the very schools I attended not too long ago. Of course our schools have some problems. But every district has its own set of problems. The answer is
Read more here...
Bottom line is forget that you maybe do not agree with me or like me for that matter.. Do use what our forefathers gave you and give a damn on how both your money is spent and your children are taught in Upper Darby Township!
Election Day is November 6, 2007 - Polls open at 8:00 AM! Find time to grow some and feel good afterwards!
VOTE!
P.S. Penn Delco?
Too bad Katie isn't vieing for a spot on your board.. She would clean house with all your corruption!

The SCHIP Dilemma - Are Your Children Worth it?
I've been closely following this bill to increase funding for low to middle income families who cannot afford health care for their kids. President Bush vetoed the bill, urging congress to give him yet more money for his "nation building" regime in the Middle East. Well how did our reps in Pennsylvania vote?
Democrats - Altmire, Y; Brady, Y; Carney, Y; Doyle, Y; Fattah, Y; Holden, Y; Kanjorski, Y; Murphy, Patrick, Y; Murtha, Y; Schwartz, Y; Sestak, Y.
Republicans -Dent, Y; English, Y; Gerlach, Y; Murphy, Tim, Y; Peterson, N; Pitts, N; Platts, Y; Shuster, N.
To those "Republicans", Peterson, Pitts and Shuster, you should be ashamed. As Jane Hamsher points out here, people need to be motivated to do something about their so called elected officials when it comes to such a needed service. Please don't tell me it's socialized health care either. America is dead last in health care for the people, while doctors, insurance companies and lawyers get fat with money. How much do they (lobbyist) contribute to these elected officials who all tout that they are for the people again?
I have a question for all who are running for office here in Pennsylvania this November:
How would you have voted for the SCHIP bill?
P.s. Michele Malkin? You ought to be ashamed of yourself!

Clifton Heights Democratic Party
Vote Straight Democrat.
I have never voted a straight party ticket in all of the years I have voted. I research the candidate, weigh their contributions to the community, then see what they have to offer me, the voter. Bob Penjuke is my current committeeman here in Clifton Heights. He took over the post after his wife passed away. As my committeeman, (and neighbor down the street) has addressed every issue that I have brought to him, as did his wife Pat. So to see various Democrats like Kevin Parsons state: " After watching the town go down hill he decided to run for council, and that it is time for a change." statement kind of took me by surprise.
What went downhill? Sure the whole county is being affected by druggies and kids with guns (I blame parents and MTV for it, if not the lax social services) but Clifton Heights as a whole is a decent town, with the Clifton Rams and the PAL and the best Fourth of July fireworks on the east coast as all positives! Here's how someone like myself can be swayed to vote for them. Mary McStravog, running for the fourth ward states:
"Mary is dedicated to improving the quality of life for the children of Clifton Heights by addressing recreational needs, especially for the teenage population lack of services our children are receiving in Special Education by working with Upper Darby School Board. Mary is focused and passionate about meeting the needs of families in Clifton Heights, serving the elderly, single parents, for those that are struggling with various issues."
The key words are "Quality of life for the children". That is what matters to me. See, the way I was brought up (Catholic school where the evil nuns solved your ADHD with a ruler) was that us as kids had fun growing up. We also had responsibilities, in which if we did not keep, were met with an iron fist, not kid gloves and Ritalin. There's more to it than running a campaign where you can find faults in your opponent (Well, maybe I'm wrong, look at rove vs. McCain in 2000), than to really come out and tell it like it is, what you can do to change your area in a positive light.
P.S. Your donkey looks like a Hyena :)
P.S.S. This sign needs a fresh coat of paint.
